Meet the speed 2025

Zeelenberg Racing is organizing the 24th edition of the multi-day trackday event "Meet the Speed" in 2025, and is the exclusive provider of this event for both amateurs and licensed riders. Every November, this is the perfect opportunity for everyone to train, learn, and discover what real high-speed riding is all about in a friendly environment. Whether you're looking to learn the basics of circuit riding or aiming to seriously improve your lap times, Zeelenberg Racing will help you experience it through Respect, Focus, and Fun!

Enjoy a full week of riding on your own motorcycle under the expert guidance of instructors from Dutch Supersport and Dutch Superbike, as well as from top European and World Championship levels, including MotoGP! To transport the valuable bikes and equipment to southern Spain in perfect condition, we work with an experienced transporter and specially designed motor crates. The bikes are handed over a week in advance at a centrally located point in the Netherlands, where professional staff securely fasten them into the motor crates, and everything is then shipped via trucks.

In November, the weather in southern Spain, especially in Almería, is still fantastic. With top catering at the circuit and a fantastic hotel, you'll feel like a MotoGP star. At Zeelenberg Racing, everything is taken care of, so all you need to do is ride!

The focus of the entire practical program is on improving control over the bike and the feel for the bike while riding. We can enhance bike control for all skill levels, although basic knowledge is necessary. Before and after each session, the experienced instructors will provide personalized and detailed advice on bike control, racing lines, and key areas to improve. Wilco will explain the principles of circuit riding, body positioning, and pressure points for feet, knees, and hands in a simple and clear manner.

Our Services

For the first time in our history, we will be offering multiple 'Meet The Speed' packages for participants. For the 2025 Speedweek, we will offer 3 different packages for participants to choose from: the Full-package, Independent, and Spectator package.

Prices are subject to possible cost increases in 2025.

What’s Included in the 'MEET THE SPEED' Full Package

A seven-day stay, including five days of intensive track training (theory and practice) in southern Spain, with a rest day in between.
Flight ticket, including your personal luggage (backpack), excluding checked luggage (this can be added upon request for an extra fee). If you wish to include checked luggage, please specify this on the registration form. Prices for checked luggage will be clarified later or can be found at Transavia checked luggage rates.
Professional transport of your motorcycle and equipment from the Netherlands to southern Spain and back.
Six nights in a luxury hotel, including a full breakfast and dinner, plus free Wi-Fi.
Daily transportation (by luxury coach) from the hotel to the circuit and back.
Fuel for all sessions and spacious pitboxes, including toilet and shower facilities.
Fully equipped workshop, including tire service, with highly experienced technicians for technical support and repairs.

INSTRUCTION AND GUIDANCE

Highly experienced instructors are available throughout the day.
Small groups with personalized attention, each group at their own skill level.
A maximum of 20 participants per session on the track.
Professional timing (every participant has their own transponder for the week).
Action photos of yourself (professional motorsport photographer).
After participation, each participant will receive a Zeelenberg Racing 'Meet The Speed' certificate.

All of this for the total price of: €3,100.00

After registration, an invoice will be sent for a 30% deposit for the event. The full payment must be made by October 1st, 2025.

Cancellation Fees:

7 to 12 months before the event --> 10% of the deposit
6 months before the event --> 25% of the deposit
5 months before the event --> 50% of the deposit
4 months before the event --> 75% of the deposit
3 months before the event --> 100% of the deposit
2 months before the event --> 50% of the total amount
Less than 1 month before the event --> 100% of the total amount

The spot can be taken by another participant upon contact and approval by Zeelenberg Racing, which may reduce the cancellation fees.
